How does DHP Work?

Patients can enroll at any time and are eligible for benefits for 12 months. Patients who become members in our DHP pay an annual fee, receive preventive care at no additional cost, and have access top other services at discounted costs.

Plans are available for individuals, dual families (guardian/child or husband/wife), and families with parents/guardians and children who are 23 years of age or under.
